At The French Pan Tree we are working on a short based menu, which means never having a set menu. An average of 4 entrées, 4 mains, 2 desserts is what you will find at our restaurant while constantly changing and evolving depending on the season, the Chefs inspiration, or what he can source from our local suppliers.
Chef Charly and his team have adapted a pleasant activity where once a week they set off to buy the best of the organic fruits, vegetables and flowers from the Yamba Farmers Market & from friends veggies gardens. Our seafood comes straight off the local trawlers to guarantee the best for our customers while staying loyal and supporting the local community.
The French Pan Tree menu is changing often and is entirely powered by passion.
